Can I purchase a gown on-line or over the telephone?
All dresses must be ordered at our store, or over the phone. As all sales
are final, we strongly encourage you to visit our store to make the purchase.
This will allow you to utilize the expertise of our Bridal Consultants,
and a chance to try on the styles you like. Bridal gowns fit differently
than other clothing, so the correct size for you is likely to be different
from the size you wear in everyday clothing. It is important for you to
know that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This is the standard practice in the bridal and special occasion business.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required to try on or preview all of our bridal gowns. This is
done so that we may provide a more personal service experience, and should not
be viewed as an inconvenience. Simply put, if we know that you are coming, we
can have a fitting room, and a bridal consultant reserved just for you! Here's a
tip: If your schedule permits, make an appointment for a weekday. Since we are
less busy during those hours, we'll have more scheduling availability. Weekend
and evening appointments fill quickly!
When should I order my bridal gown?
Allow yourself as much time as possible! Although we sell dresses off
our showroom floor for immediate wear, you should allow yourself four
to seven months for final delivery on some bridal gowns.
