frequently asked questions

What are some of the things a bride-to-be should consider before choosing her gown?
The first thing to remember is to try and allow yourself plenty of time before the wedding to order your gown and allow for its arrival. Although we do have gowns that are available to purchase directly off the racks, there is nothing more unfortunate than finding the dress of your dreams and realizing that it can't be gotten in time for your wedding. A good rule of thumb is to allow yourself three to six months for the gown to arrive. Brides shopping in May should be planning for an August/September wedding or later, or plan to buy off the rack.

After the Wedding, What do you recommend for storing my gown?
We recommend and sell Wedding Gown Preservation Kits. These are available to purchase on line through our storefront. With these kits, your gown is professionally cleaned, repaired and preserved. It is guaranteed for 20 years against any yellowing or fading, and is thereby preserved for future generations

What if my event is canceled?
If you, or any other member of your party has given us a deposit and we have placed a special order, the order can be canceled, but all deposits are non- refundable. Items purchased online for events that are canceled are not subject to return or refund.
