Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, or exchanges on any items other than shoes. Read about our Shoe Return Policy here. The exception to this would be if the item is damaged upon receipt. If this is the case, please see instructions below. This is consistent with the industry standard for formal wear.

Our designers accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. We are, therefore, limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every order to ensure it's exactly what you ordered and in absolutely perfect condition. If you find something we missed, you have 2 business days from the time of delivery to let us know so we can get it fixed right away.

What if I have a question that you have not answered online?
Phew! Even though we try to answer your questions, we may have missed a few. Please call us during our business hours at (802) 436-1414, and we would be happy to assist you. You may also email us, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
