Shoe Return Policy
In order for your return of shoes to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:
- You have 2 business days from the time of delivery to notify us that you would like to return the item(s).
- You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of the box. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited.
- The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all of the original packing materials. The item cannot be altered. The item must be in perfect condition - no dirt, no make-up, or wear.
- We must receive the item(s) within 5 days after we give your authorization to return. If we do not receive your item within 5 days, no credit will be given.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you, and confirm that we have received it within 5 days of issuing return authorization. We will notify you via email of the amount of credit we have made to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will not accept returns on any dyed items.
