3) Appointment Requests
3.1 Appointment requests are not guaranteed
When you submit an appointment request through the Site, you are requesting a time slot—your request is not confirmed until a team member contacts you (by phone or email) to confirm details.
3.2 Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current information in any form submission (including your name, email, phone number, preferred appointment times, and any notes). If the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may be unable to confirm your request.
3.3 Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. Any store-specific cancellation or no-show policies will be communicated at the time your appointment is confirmed.

If we offer a “Same School Guarantee” for prom dresses, details and eligibility will be explained in-store at the time of purchase. This guarantee is intended to reduce the chance of duplicate dresses at the same prom, but it may have limits (for example, it may depend on accurate school information provided by the buyer).
